My Philosophy
She is a member of the British Psychological Society (UK) and holds Psychology degrees from UK universities, which are accredited by the organization.
My interest in psychology developed not only through academic study but also through personal experiences that deepened my understanding of the human mind and spirit. A significant loss in my life became a defining turning point, bringing with it profound emotions, questions, and a search for meaning and understanding.
Through my own therapeutic journey, I experienced firsthand the profound importance of support, understanding, and meaningful human connection. This experience inspired me to pursue a career in psychology, with the aim of offering guidance and support to individuals navigating challenges such as grief, depression, anxiety, and other life difficulties.
My desire to help others is grounded in a genuine interest in people and the belief that every individual deserves to be heard, understood, and supported.
